Item 2 – Record Forming

For many years I have been helping redeemed people wrap their mind around redemption. I have a $5K Lesson Plan that teaches:

1. true identity
2. record forming – Refusal for Cause (R4C)
3. redeeming lawful money

When anybody redeeming lawful money becomes entrenched in a frivolous penalty billing process I instruct they will Refuse for Cause and publish their demands on PACER, the United States’ publication service for the federal court system. This consistently thwarts the billing process.

All the “federal judges” have been reduced to central banking tellers. You can see this by their deviant oaths of office. When the suitor being billed files for the Miscellaneous Case file in federal court the clerk will assign a “Judge”. We acquire the Judge’s oath of office and sure enough, “So help me God.” has been changed to, “SO HELP ME GOD.” The oath is Refused for Cause timely and this assures that the IRS agent and attorney do not want to proceed with the billing, into any hearings.
