Milam, Legal Tender Cases and McCULLOUGH v MARYLAND:

Save the current Constitution with Annotations to disk.

The quick point is that these key cases, that explain the nature and character of lawful money, are found in Article I of the Constitution, not Article III. This is important for explaining how the criminal impersonation – central bank tellers acting like federal judges – is tolerated de facto.

Once a suitor (making demand; no longer a taxpayer) is making a clear demand for lawful money he or she is redeemed from the central banking system (SDR – Special Drawing Rights) and is entitled to a judiciary.

The “Tell” you are being channeled into the wrong court is the deviant oath of office. If FrivPen billing process starts we open an evidence repository and request a FOIAOnline oath of office for the Federal Chief Judge. And if the clerk assigns a different “judicial officer” we subsequently will request that oath of office too. It is Refused for Cause and published on PACER.
